51nodes employees participated in the Bosch Connectory Hackathon 2019 from September 04 – 06, 2019. There, several challenges had to be solved that reflect current issues from the blockchain ecosystem. In small teams, the developers took on the challenge of finding a use case and implementing it in three days. Support was provided by developers of Obyte, a distributed acyclic graph that offers many advantages, especially in terms of scaling.
The result of this event was many new approaches and some already very well thought-out solutions. Such as a vending machine that could be paid for securely and with low fees via Obyte Wallet.
With the collaboration of 51nodes, a digital marketplace and a Reverse Dutch Auction module were created.
